Das Kochbuch “Einfach, aber genial” vom Oberwirt ist 2010 erstmals erschienen und war gleich vergriffen. Aufgrund der hohen Nachfrage gab es nach 12 Jahren eine Neuauflage. Es enthält fabelhafte Rezepte, die die Natur und Geschichte Südtirols widerspiegeln.
